1. Accept your current situation…yeah it sucks but it’s reality right now, don’t fight it!

2. Remember all the things you’ve been successful at- don’t you remember! YES! You did amazing things! do it again!!

3. Trust yourself! You’ve gotten this far! You are you own best friend! All the energy, power, courage, strength and confidence is within you. Let’s use it!

4. Just do it! Don’t let fear stop you!

5. It’s okay to not be okay. Just don’t make every day look like this! You’re human you have feelings!

6. Be positive

7. Surround yourself with the people you want to be!

It’s not hard, but it definitely isn’t easy!
