While on the quest to a happier healthier life working on my body and mind have been a large part of the journey.
For many years I suffered inside but never knew I was suffering because I just assumed it was normal because it was always happening. Ive had stomach issues for years, irregularities, and feeling yuck in my gut. Once I started listening to my body and taking out all the things that don’t serve me. Replacing bad habits with good habits and making good/better choices.
Since doing this my life and body has changed drastically. I might have made hard choices but it wasn’t like I did hard work slaving in the gym or sweating over and above what I already do (hyperhidrosis).
The biggest things I’ve done is cut the crap and replace it with healthier habits or I do things to help counteract if I know I “did it again” or had a cheat day.
